We will return to the Namekagon River again! This is a youth-led expedition, with the young people cooking meals, maintaining boatloads and setting up camp. We have such fun together and are so excited to return to our favorite river.

International Opportunities for Young People

International Conference of The Christian Community LOGOS—Consecrating Humanity
Oct 7-11, 2022 in Dortmund, Germany

There will be a conference of about 2000 people this autumn to celebrate our 100th year, and about 500 of those will be young people from around the world.

International Youth Camp

Do you want to join two weeks full of adventure, new friendships, hiking, learning about new cultures, and many more experiences? Take a look around this website to find more information about IYC.
The International Youth Camp started as an initiative of young people in the Netherlands. It is international, the camp language is English, and it is organized and run by young people/for young people, in connection with The Christian Community (there is always one priest on the trip). There is only one camp per year and applications begin in February. In Summer 2022, the camp is going to Italy. Apply now!

Youth Opportunities in Europe

If you want to adventure in the German language, there are quite a few summer opportunities for young people through the Verband der Sozialwerke der Christengemeinschaft (Association of Social Impulses in The Christian Community) whose office is in Hamburg, Germany. They have camps for teens dedicated to not only adventuring in nature but also theater and music themed camps. They have an extensive Camp Counselor training program and connect you with their summer camps for children.
